The Short Version

Speading is a simple, one-time purchase. No subscriptions, no hidden "pro" tiers, and no recurring fees.

Because I don't handle your payment directly (Apple and Google do), I cannot manually issue a refund to your credit card. You have to request it through the store where you bought it.

How to Request Your Refund

On Apple (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

Apple handles all their own billing. To get a refund, you must use their "Report a Problem" system:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Select "I'd like to..." and choose "Request a refund."
  4. Select the reason you want the refund and choose Speading from your list of purchases.

Note: Apple usually makes a decision within 48 hours.

On Google Play (Android)
